The College Advisory Program (CAP) is an in-depth, EXCLUSIVE, player-focused program that provides Rush participants with the support, services, and resources to maximize their success, even if they do not plan to play college football.
Whether you're a player looking for college admissions advice, help increasing your visibility to coaches, or a parent needing support understanding the search process, our CAP program is designed for everyone.
With a network of over 11,000 high school seniors nationwide, CAP provides unparalleled opportunities to interact with college coaches. Join us and maximize your success both on and off the field.

CAP University
Cap University is a comprehensive online guide that will walk you through the recruiting process: step by step, class by class, month by month, including a review of your grades each year. These courses are designed to keep you on track during those crucial recruiting years. As a Rush player, you have free access to all Grade-By-Grade courses. Simply fill out the form on the CAP University page to receive your discount code, and you’re ready to enroll.
Regional Showcase Teams
Regional showcase teams are designed to maximize your exposure to college coaches, these showcases are the #1 way to get in front of college coaches. There is no limit to the number of showcases you attend, the more you attend the better your chances of being seen.
These teams are designed for any high school player who aspires to play in college. We select Showcases that historically have very high college coach attendance. Our CAP Directors work to maximize the presence of college coaches watching our regional showcase teams.
Mutual learning
We understand that sometimes it can be difficult to complete schoolwork outside of class, especially when there is no one around to help. The beauty of Rush Nation is that you have a huge network of resources at your fingertips!
Our Peer Tutoring program aims to create opportunities within the Rush community for older players, alumni, parents and teachers to offer virtual tutoring in a variety of school subjects to support our younger Rush players who need help.

The fact is, only 1.3% of athletes receive a full or partial scholarship in track and field alone. The real scholarship comes from your grades! As a Rush member, you get access to heavily discounted online tools that are proven to help boost your test scores and keep you on track for that academic scholarship.
Magoosh offers online ACT & SAT prep classes to help you improve your overall performance on these tests. They are so confident in their program that Magoosh guarantees a 4-point increase on the ACT and a 100-point increase on the SAT.
