Rush Select
The Rush Select program is an international program in which Rush Soccer forms “all-star teams” comprised of the best Rush players from all Rush Soccer clubs around the world. The program begins at age U13 and is available throughout a player’s Rush Soccer career, ending at U19. These teams travel to a variety of events each year both in the U.S. and abroad. Players are exposed to new ideas, play with top talent, learn from new coaches, and develop as players in a way that most in the country cannot. The goal of the program is to provide Rush’s best players with a unique learning experience that will help them grow as players and individuals.

Regional Rush Cup & Showcase Tournament
The first step to participating in Rush Select is to attend one of four regional Rush Cup & Showcase events, which will be witnessed by Rush Select scouts. Each event is designed as a sort of trial run where you are invited to attend with your entire team. Individuals are also allowed to register, but each Rush Cup & Showcase is truly a team event. This is designed so that Select staff can see players perform at their best in the most natural setting.

International Rush Cup
Top-tier Rush players scouted from the regional Rush Cup and Showcase tournaments will be invited to join the prestigious regional Rush Select team. The regional Rush Select teams will compete for gold against International Rush Cup players, who will compete for gold and a chance to become International Rush Cup champions.
At the IRC, players will come and compete against national and international teams over four days, all judged by the Rush Select national staff and college coaches. The top performers from the regional team will be identified and selected to join the Rush Select national team for future events.
