Youth Academy

The Youth Academy program is designed for our U9 - U12 players who are interested in taking their development to the next level and want to continue their competitive journey. Players who are selected will demonstrate the ability to play at a higher level through an evaluation process. This program requires a higher level of commitment from both parents and players. Through the evaluation process, players will be invited to join the age group and team that best suits the player’s needs.

#Speed up

about

The Youth Academy allows players to develop at an accelerated pace. These programs are designed to combine individual player development with core team aspects to prepare players for a smooth and seamless transition to the U13 Girls’ Academy and Boys’ Academy. Players are placed on teams in our seasonal competitions based on current and potential skill level. Programs are divided into First, Gold, Silver and Bronze flights based on overall team ability. Our quality and experienced coaches bring energy and passion to every session.

The Youth Academy mirrors the senior program, which focuses on Rush’s core values and world-renowned philosophy. As part of the program, you will learn about our 11 core values, such as Respect, Unity, Fun, Perseverance and Passion. These core values are the foundation upon which all Rush players will grow. In addition, we have a broad curriculum focused around individual creativity/technique, discipline and understanding of the game.
